Ingredients

Black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger, star anise, turmeric, black peppercorns.

How to Brew

2 teaspoons per cup · simmered on the stove · about 5 min

Add 2 teaspoons of the blend to a saucepan with 250 ml (1 cup) of water. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in 125 ml (½ cup) of milk or a milk alternative such as oat, almond or soy, return to a gentle boil and simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes. Sweeten to taste, strain into your cup and enjoy.

Short on time? Steep 2 teaspoons in freshly boiled water (100°C) for 3 to 5 minutes, strain, then add milk.
