Which teas contain caffeine?
Our black teas (Bergamot Bliss, Royal Breakfast and Masala Magic) have the most caffeine. Green Jasmine has a little less. Pure Peppermint and Lemongrass & Ginger are herbal and naturally caffeine free, perfect for the evening.
Do I need an infuser for loose leaf tea?
Yes, you'll need an infuser, strainer or teapot to keep the leaves out of your cup. Our Bloom and Dona infusers fit most mugs and make brewing loose leaf easy.
How much tea do I use per cup?
About 1 teaspoon per cup for most blends (2 teaspoons for Masala Magic). Each product page has a full brewing guide with water temperature and steeping time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, standard shipping is free on orders over $50.

How should I store my tea?
Keep it sealed in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, away from strong smells and moisture. Stored well, loose leaf tea keeps its flavour for months.
